    There are a few reasons that could lead you to consider exporting your website content from Knight.Domains. Perhaps you’re leaving St. Norbert College, or maybe you’re just wanting to use your data on another hosting environment. Whatever the case, you have a couple options for how you want to handle this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are leaving the college, you can\u00a0migrate\u00a0your webspace from Knight.Domains to our hosting provider, Reclaim Hosting. Detailed instructions can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you would like to move to a third party service,\u00a0you’ll want to capture a backup of your site. From there you’ll be able to import this backup into a handful of other web hosting services.\u00a0You can find instructions on taking a backup here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    Step One: Signing up for an Account<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. Choose one of the shared hosting accounts<\/a> that Reclaim offers. If you would like, you can navigate directly to the Student\/Personal Hosting<\/a> plan option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. If you already have a top-level domain (i.e. yourdomain.com) choose the I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers<\/em> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If your current website content exists on a subdomain (i.e. yourdomain.knight.domains), select the Register a New Domain <\/em>or the Use a subdomain from Reclaim Hosting <\/em>option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter a new top-level domain name if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Complete the sign-up process\/pay invoice. If you choose the Student\/Individual Plan, your invoice total should be $36.00 without<\/em> a domain registration, or $51.00 with<\/em> a domain registration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step Two: Let Reclaim Hosting Know<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
